You can take a walk in the park to support the Thurston County Food Bank, Meals on Wheels, and Community Kitchen! This year, West Central Park is happy to team up with Thurston's Hunger Walk to raise funds for these groups that are struggling, amid staff cuts and Covid concerns, to feed our neighbors in need.
Due to Covid this is a virtual event, which means you can sign up/donate at the link below and take a walk, a run, or a leisurely stroll in or around West Central Park.
Walk ANY TIME between now and May 2nd - and donate online at the link below, or via check to Thurston's Hunger Walk and mail it to: The Community Kitchen, PO Box 1104, Olympia, WA 98507 with WCP in the memo line.
