Happy Friday Park Peeps!
It’s been a wet one this week, but the small sun breaks have been such a delight! We have our regular scheduled winter work party this Sunday from 11am-1pm.
WORK PARTY SPOTLIGHT
One critical need at the WCPP that keeps everything up and running is our weekly work parties. Volunteers are encouraged to join us every Sunday from 11-1 during the winter months and for extended hours in the warmer seasons.
There are a variety of ongoing needs at the park year round including both indoor and outdoor activities. Some of our biggest projects include pruning, weeding, planting in the spring, litter pickup, and bird house painting. We are also in need of more volunteer power to help build several storage carts for our maintenance facility at 141 Cushing street.
If you have skills in landscaping, pruning, gardening, construction, of an artistic nature, or you would like to learn, please consider joining us at the park to keep this project going for years to come!
WEBSITE & REBRANDING PROJECT
As you may have noticed, we’re making some changes with our organization’s branding. Over the next week we will be updating our website with a fresh look. We’ve also updated the newsletter template here to match!
Please be advised that some features on the website may be unavailable while we are transitioning to the new design. It should be up at running at full capacity beginning February 1 though.

Have a great weekend!
