At West Central Park, Volunteers have been putting down permanent roots on the corner of Harrison and Division, every Sunday from 10 to 1. Park crew are in the process of planting a twenty foot wide stretch of organic berm and landscaping with native shrubs and decorative landscaping that will grace the park’s perimeter around its busiest corner, for a long time to come. The single most thing that has made this all possible is you. Volunteers have created and worked and loved this community space into existence, and it shows!
Come on down to the park this Sunday at 10 and help to prepare another section of berm and plantscaping bed along Division. We will have hot cider, snacks and lots of smiles. Hope to see you there!
