Come to the June Jubilee at West Central Park, this Saturday, June 21st from 12 to 4 to see live demonstrations of urban permaculture, native pole carving, wall building, copper pounding, authentic Japanese origami, children’s sacred space, live music, local food, and lots more! See how local skills and hands can build a community space this weekend in your neighborhood!
Plan to walk, bus or park a block or two away as only exhibitioners, musicians and food vendors will be able to park on site this year. Most of last year’s parking is now the Park’s permaculture and crevice gardens. However, overflow parking is easily found on the many side streets all around the Park. In addition, Gloria Dei Church and Terry’s Automotive have offered their parking lots for overflow parking for Saturday events at the Park any time. However you choose to get there, the June Jubilee and Artisan Expo 2014 welcomes you!
