Alicia took the site plans to a Carnegie Board Meeting, where they were positively received overall. Some suggestions came up about a lead to the PARC foundation and non profit status, and feedback about what the sign for the property could say. The Carnegie group is an active group of retired politicos who help keep unregulated growth in check though their involvement in public process. They invited me to their meeting out of their interest and stake, in the “7-11” battle that had been fought over the property in the years preceding the December purchase of the land.
